Terrific Tuna & Pea Pasta

Tuna & Pea Pasta

All meals cooked fresh on site, daily by Miss Shanny,  2IC centre cook.

This one is a bit of a favourite with the children.

Ingredients

  • two cans tuna
  • 3 cups frozen peas
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 2 cups cream
  • one grated zucchini
  • Pasta of your choice

Method

Add to the pan tuna, peas and zucchini, stir to combine.

Pour in cream and stock and bring to boil.

Simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve on pasta.
