Our meals are prepared fresh, on site daily.
- 500 gram mince
- 1 onion
- one can diced tomatoes
- A jar of salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin (or more to taste)
- A can of corn kernels
- 2 grated carrots
- One can beans of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pasta of choice
Firstly, Cook mince and onion together.
Add all other ingredients.
Bring to boil then simmer for 30 minutes
