Flavoursome Frittata Cups

Zucchini, Tomato and Bacon Frittata Cups

All meals prepared fresh daily onsite, by our 2IC Centre Cook, Miss Shanny.

We’ve all made frittata slices at some stage or another, but have you thought about making them as cupcakes?

Meets the needs of all fussy eaters.

Replace bacon with veges for a simple vegetarian option.


  • 10 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon SR flour
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 carrot
  • one cup grated cheese
  • one cup chopped bacon OR take out bacon and add your choice of veges and herbs
  • salt and pepper to flavour


Add all ingredients except egg

Stir well, then add egg.

cook cupcakes 25 min, check smaller ones at 15 mins.
